What you will do

• Ensure the reliable operation and availability of automated production equipment from hardware and software perspectives.
• Provide technical support for complex automation, electrical, and control system troubleshooting.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, modify, test, and validate PLC, HMI, servo, safety, and other automation applications.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in reliability and production efficiency.
• Manage automation software libraries, backups, technical documentation, version control, and traceability while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and TISAX-related requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and maintenance support in manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal.
• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with safety PLCs, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, Industrial Ethernet, servo drives, motion control, and automation architectures.
• Good command of English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
