What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial network systems for fiber manufacturing.
• Optimize critical draw-tower parameters including tension, diameter control, and curing performance.
• Provide hands-on field support to maintenance teams for electrical and automation troubleshooting.
• Lead automation projects from scope development through installation and commissioning.
• Implement and maintain industrial communication networks, data acquisition systems, and historian platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing automation or controls engineering.
• Advanced PLC programming skills (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent).
• Experience with SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking.
• Proficiency with CAD and electrical design tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with optical fiber manufacturing (VAD, OVD, AVD, PCVD).
