Head of Maintenance Technician (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate maintenance shift leaders, distributing workloads and optimizing resources.
• Improve equipment availability, reliability, and operational performance for uninterrupted production.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and maintenance plan compliance.
• Develop reliability strategies, investigate failures, and lead Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and their continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance costs, support budget planning, optimize spare-parts inventory, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Several years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating maintenance teams and technical specialists.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical equipment, industrial automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, reliability engineering, Root Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, is required.
