What you will do
- Collaborate on innovation and organizational projects within the automotive specialist area.
- Plan and implement production systems for new and existing products worldwide.
- Manage the procurement, commissioning, and parameterization of production and testing systems.
- Monitor and plan equipment budgets to meet project targets.
- Coordinate operating resource schedules with overall project timelines.
- Support know-how transfer and onboarding processes within the HV segment.
Requirements
- Higher education, master's degree, or technician qualification in production.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation.
- English proficiency required.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undertake business trips, including short-term stays abroad.
