Product Engineer / Product Builder - Backend or Full-stack - Employment Contract (UoP)

Location: 100% remote, work from anywhere in Poland

Salary: Up to 25,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Own technical solutions end-to-end, from understanding customer and business problems through implementation, testing, release, and continuous improvement.
• Lead backend services or deliver complete user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Validate feasibility, identify constraints, and shape technical approaches before scope is finalized.
• Make technical decisions balancing customer value, delivery speed, maintainability, and operational risk.
• Test, release, monitor, and support solutions during rollout and hypercare.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, developers, and business stakeholders while using AI-augmented development workflows.

Requirements

• Commercial experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony for backend-led profiles.
• Commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, PHP, and Laravel for full-stack profiles.
• Knowledge of business logic, data modelling, REST APIs, databases, caching, queues, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with relevant engineering practices and infrastructure, including Docker, CI/CD, and production systems.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end, evaluate trade-offs, and work beyond the primary technical area when needed.
• Comfortable communication in Polish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, MCP servers, AI agents, or internal AI tooling.
• Production experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS.
• Experience building side projects, design systems, component libraries, or complex integrations.
