Product Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Transform vague high-level goals into working software with minimal supervision.
• Own large project scopes end-to-end, from problem breakdown to final shipping.
• Make independent decisions regarding UX and scope to optimize delivery.
• Implement tight iteration loops, shipping fast and refining based on real feedback.
• Integrate agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) into the daily development workflow.
• Proactively communicate blockers, tradeoffs, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record of high agency and shipping ambiguous goals without detailed specs.
• Fluency with modern AI-assisted/agentic development workflows.
• Full-stack engineering capabilities across all layers of the stack.
• Strong product instincts and ability to reason about UX and priorities.
• Experience shipping side projects, prototypes, or 0-to-1 products.
