TL;DR
Technical Product Engineer (AI/full-stack): Turning ambiguous product goals into shipped software with an accent on end-to-end ownership, product judgment, and AI-assisted development workflows. Focus on building fast prototypes, making UX and scope decisions, and refining full-stack solutions through tight feedback loops.
Location: Remote; work from anywhere with flexible time-zone and working hours
Compensation: Hourly rate is negotiable based on skills and experience; paid monthly via wire transfer.

What you will do
- Turn vague, high-level goals into working software with minimal supervision.
- Own large features and problems end-to-end, including decomposition, sequencing, and delivery.
- Make independent UX, scope, and prioritization decisions.
- Work in rapid iteration loops, shipping quickly and refining solutions based on feedback.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex to improve development efficiency.
- Communicate blockers, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and proactively.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products from ambiguous goals without detailed specifications.
- Fluency with modern AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
- Full-stack development experience across multiple layers of the stack.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to reason about UX and priorities.
- Experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, including side projects, prototypes, or 0-to-1 work.
Nice to have
- Experience working in early-stage environments.
- Experience shipping fast prototypes or independent side projects.
