Location: Base in Kew, London, with a 4:1 working pattern including one day working from home. The role includes weekends and nights around live fixture lists, with schedules planned according to production requirements.

What you will do
- Produce and shoot long-form YouTube content for a high-profile sports client.
- Create short-form, cross-platform social content from access to athletes and sports talent.
- Plan and manage shoot calendars and complex production schedules across live sporting fixtures.
- Self-shoot video and sound using Sony A7S, FX3, FX6 or similar cameras, as well as gimbals.
- Edit rushes into engaging 8–10-minute YouTube videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop bold creative concepts that build athlete profiles, drive audience engagement and encourage sharing.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating high-quality digital and social content for major brands, ideally in sport.
- Strong self-shooting, sound-recording and gimbal-operation skills across a range of professional cameras.
- Advanced video-editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with the Adobe Suite.
- Project-management skills, including planning shoot calendars and delivering against changing schedules.
- Experience working with sports organisations, clubs, players and broadcasters, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create premium YouTube and social content with compelling hooks, narratives and audience reactions.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of After Effects.
- Interest in and knowledge of Rugby Union.
