Video Producer (KISS XTRA)

Location: Hybrid, mostly based at the London offices; candidates must be London-based for travel to last-minute shoots.

What you will do

• Produce video content for KISS XTRA, KISS, KISS DANCE, and KISSTORY across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Capture audio and visuals, including camera setup, lighting, sound, footage offload, and set construction and de-rigging.
• Edit long-form and short-form video, design thumbnails, and optimise content for each social platform.
• Direct talent and crew, including celebrity talent, during shoots and productions.
• Upload and manage video content on the KISS XTRA YouTube channel.
• Collaborate with the Senior Video Producer, Social Video Team, internal staff, and freelancers while delivering projects to deadline.

Requirements

• 3+ years of solid video production experience.
• Strong knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment, with strong shooting and directing skills.
• Editing proficiency across the Adobe suite; Premiere Pro is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with fast turnarounds and maintain high-quality output.
• Understanding of YouTube channel management, social video best practices, and current filming and editing trends.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and collaborative team skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Experience working with celebrity talent and an interest in new filming techniques and equipment.
