Executive Producer (Digital Content)

Location: Television Centre, London, UK (hybrid working)

Salary: £64,000–£68,000 per year, plus £5,441 London weighting and a 20% AdSales bonus.

What you will do

• Set and communicate the creative vision for multiple digital campaigns from development through final delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary production teams, developing talent and supporting effective collaboration.
• Oversee audience-focused storytelling across video, written, and social formats.
• Maintain editorial and compliance standards in line with hirify.global Editorial Guidelines and Programme Partnerships requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, commercial partners, and external contributors.
• Lead project kick-offs and improve production processes, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale production of premium digital content from concept to final delivery.
• Experience working as a Producer or Executive Producer with multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Excellent editorial judgement and confident decision-making in fast-moving production environments.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and manage the performance of creative teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of hirify.global Editorial Guidelines and compliance requirements, or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
