is a luxury maison specializing in Swiss watchmaking and high jewellery, with expertise across more than 45 crafts.
What you will do
- Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare recommendations for significant deviations.
- Manage the annual subsidiary budgeting cycle and monthly and yearly performance reviews.
- Structure financial reporting, consolidate financial information, and deliver key performance indicators.
- Monitor retail construction, renovation, and operational marketing budgets, while supporting the High Jewellery division.
- Prepare financial projections and recommendations for new boutique projects.
- Support Business Intelligence implementation, process improvements, pricing strategy, benchmarking, and price adjustment cycles.
Requirements
- Fluent French and English required
- University degree in Business with a major in Corporate Finance.
- Knowledge of ERP systems required; Oracle knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong reliability, organization, attention to detail, analytical skills, rigor, diplomacy, and pragmatism.
- Curiosity and willingness to improve processes.
- An internship agreement with a university or school is mandatory; the assignment lasts 6 months.
