Manufacturing Finance Intern

Location: LU Tire Plant, onsite

What you will do

• Support financial reporting, analysis, and planning for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Finance colleagues to interpret business performance.
• Create clear reports and presentations that turn data into actionable insights.
• Support initiatives to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working.
• Take ownership of selected finance tasks and projects while developing practical experience.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and an interest in understanding business drivers.
• Confidence working with numbers and interpreting their meaning.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good English communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, teamwork, and confidence asking questions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI or other data tools.
