Asset Transfer Services Associate, Operations (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in El Paso, Texas, United States

Salary: $21.25–$23.56 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Process incoming and outgoing asset transfer paperwork for Advisor Services and Investor Services clients.
• Review assets for transfer eligibility and accurately process transfer requests.
• Handle ACAT, DRS, foreign, outbound, non-ACAT, and mutual fund transfers.
• Communicate with clients, internal business partners, and other financial institutions.
• Provide client support through inbound and outbound calls for approximately 2–4 hours per day.
• Adjust priorities to meet critical cut-off times and manage high-volume processing periods.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills across phone and written communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when processing time-sensitive transfer requests.
• Ability to use multiple systems in a dual-monitor environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills for problem solving.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, leadership, clients, and business partners.
