Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional, Licensed (Brokerage Operations)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday through Friday, full time, with schedules between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Central after training.

Salary: $22.92–$31.01 per hour

What you will do

• Answer member and field professional phone calls and provide brokerage operations support.
• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and non-routine transactions.
• Analyze and approve service transactions, including items that are not in good order.
• Manage workflow, provide functional coverage, and collaborate with service teams and internal business units.
• Communicate account status accurately and promptly to clients and field professionals.
• Meet or exceed department service-level and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school education and 1–2 years of related experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or Series 66 required, or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and applicable financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts based on volume forecasts.
