What you will do

• Serve as a primary compensation support contact for Financial Advisors, field professionals, and field leaders.
• Research inquiries, interpret policies, explain compensation programs, and resolve issues accurately and promptly.
• Create, update, validate, and investigate advisor compensation split agreements.
• Review transactions and new business submissions, process adjustments, and resolve discrepancies affecting advisor payments.
• Collaborate with Compensation Operations, Payroll, Human Resources, Licensing, New Business, Brokerage, and other internal teams.
• Document resolutions, identify recurring issues, support training, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, data entry, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply program guidelines and handle confidential or sensitive interactions.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and navigate mainframe, LAN, customer information, imaging, and compensation systems.
