Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (Oncology)

Location: Atlanta, GA; Atlanta North territory. Duties are typically performed in a medical office or hospital setting, with 25–50% travel required.

On-target earnings: $110,000–$130,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission, a car allowance program, and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Support the assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist in growing, maintaining, and servicing existing oncology accounts.
• Build relationships with oncology account personnel to support unit growth and patient retention.
• Monitor patient testing and help ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed testing protocols.
• Assess medical office needs, coordinate logistics, and solve customer and workflow issues.
• Educate medical professionals on hirify.global oncology products, processes, and test order management resources.
• Maintain KPI reports and collaborate with sales representatives, patient coordinators, territory managers, and other internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Background as a medical assistant, clinical support specialist, patient liaison, or oncology nurse, or at least 2 years of medical sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn software and reporting systems quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail, along with the ability to understand data spreadsheets and related technologies.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate by telephone, read printed material, and work occasional evenings or weekends.
