Sr. Cell Therapy Clinical Educator (Gulf Coast) (Cell Therapy/Oncology): Delivering clinical education and resources for cell therapy products to advanced practice providers and nurses across the Gulf Coast with an accent on immune effector cell therapy, adverse event management, and stakeholder education. Focus on developing regional educational programs, coordinating with commercial partners, and addressing complex clinical and account needs across a field-based geography.

Location: Remote, near the Houston or New Orleans metro areas in the United States. Field-based role with 75% travel across the assigned geography.

Salary: $168,372–$220,988 USD base pay per year, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible employees.

What you will do

  • Deliver peer-to-peer, in-person, and virtual educational programs for advanced practice providers and nurses.
  • Provide training on cell therapy administration, disease knowledge, and adverse event identification and management.
  • Engage practices and facilities, enroll stakeholders in educational programs, and follow up on their educational needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners on regional initiatives and account planning.
  • Build relationships with nurse opinion leaders and represent hirify.global at professional meetings and conventions.
  • Monitor account trends, adjust regional plans, and communicate program information using approved materials and medical terminology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health science field, such as RN, NP, or PA; an advanced degree is also considered.
  • At least 10 years of nursing experience or 5 years of oncology experience.
  • Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy or bone marrow transplantation if there is no previous in-house industry experience.
  • Experience with multiple myeloma, involvement in the Oncology Nursing Society, and previous industry sales or clinical educator experience.
  • Strong clinical, communication, presentation, collaboration, customer engagement, and business skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, ability to travel 75% of the time, and authorization to work in the United States are required. Employment eligibility is verified through Form I-9 and E-Verify.
