Clinical Data Coordinator - Entry Level (Biology)

Location: Full-time, office-based position in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. No travel is required; occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Validate entry database designs and reconcile clinical data from multiple sources.
• Identify data conflicts, issues, trends, and project metrics.
• Collaborate with personnel from global research sites to resolve data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain study documentation.
• Contribute to data management projects as part of a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Experience with Excel and Word.
• Previous experience with research and statistical data is preferred, particularly in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
