Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote with occasional travel to London required; England-based role.

Salary: £65,000–£85,000 per annum, depending on location.

What you will do

• Design scalable, secure, and ethical AI and data solutions using Microsoft Azure.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end architectures across AI, machine learning, and data platforms.
• Maintain architectural blueprints covering interoperability, resilience, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead architecture design reviews and provide technical leadership to Agile and DevOps delivery teams.
• Mentor technical teams and promote responsible AI practices focused on transparency, fairness, and security.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure Data Platform, including Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure ML, and Power BI.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and SaaS integrations.
• Knowledge of data governance, information security, and AI ethics within regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
