Founding Brand Designer (AI)

hirify.global builds an AI operating system for modern healthcare organizations, streamlining revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative workflows for providers and payers.

What you will do

• Establish and evolve the visual identity system across typography, motion, color, illustration, and iconography.
• Own the visual design and Webflow architecture of the website and landing pages, including redesigns and conversion optimization sprints.
• Create enterprise assets such as pitch decks, whitepapers, interactive case studies, product one-pagers, and executive reports.
• Partner with Content and Demand Generation on advertising, social, email, and product launch materials.
• Design offline brand experiences, including conference booths, event signage, executive dinner collateral, and branded merchandise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of brand design experience, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, Webflow, and Figma skills.
• Experience translating complex technical products into approachable visual narratives.
• Strong understanding of conversion design, modern web standards, and scalable visual systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D design.
• Experience with motion graphics using After Effects, Lottie, or Rive.
• Experience with interactive web shaders.
