Brand Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, on-site. Relocation packages are available for candidates outside the greater NYC Metro area.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design sales and marketing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, advertisements, social assets, email graphics, website content, and event collateral.
• Create clear and engaging visual assets that communicate complex product stories.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership on campaigns, launches, customer events, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Translate messaging into creative for digital and print channels.
• Maintain and evolve the brand across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Build scalable templates, design systems, and AI-assisted workflows that improve consistency and creative production efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, Marketing Designer, or in a similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, and marketing design across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about emerging design technologies and willingness to experiment with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
• Motion design, video editing, illustration, or 3D experience.
• Experience with Webflow or modern web design.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows, automations, templates, or internal creative tools.
