Founding Brand Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building an autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex software system issues end to end.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end brand design vision across web, campaigns, product marketing, executive communications, and internal storytelling.
• Translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives with the Head of Marketing, founders, executives, Product, and Engineering.
• Create creative for launches, campaigns, events, announcements, social media, presentations, motion, and other channels.
• Build scalable design systems, visual guidelines, reusable components, and templates.
• Establish creative processes that balance speed and quality while priorities evolve quickly.
• Set the visual quality standard as the first design hire and build a creative foundation that can scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual clarity, narrative craft, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating and evolving brands across digital surfaces, web, product marketing, campaigns, and internal communications.
• Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, communication, and executive presentations.
• Experience with scalable design systems, visual guidelines, or component libraries; comfortable working as both a strategist and hands-on designer.

Nice to have

• Motion, 3D, or interactive design experience.
• Experience exploring AI-assisted creative tools and new visual workflows.
