TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Qualitative Research (Consumer Insights): Managing qualitative research projects end to end, including client interface, in-depth interviews, focus groups, analysis, and reporting with an accent on research quality, client alignment, and cross-city study execution. Focus on moderating IDIs and FGDs, coordinating with quantitative researchers, reviewing junior team output, and developing proposals and credential presentations.

What you will do
- Manage qualitative research projects from initial planning through final delivery, serving as the primary client interface.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and focus group discussions across different cities and regions.
- Coordinate with the quantitative research team on analysis and report generation.
- Review junior team members’ work, provide coaching, and perform quality checks on proposals, analyses, and reports.
- Support the Director and Associate Director with proposals and credential presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2.5 years of qualitative research experience.
- Advanced moderation experience with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
- Strong logical thinking, insight generation, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate research findings effectively.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
