Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality)

Location: Bulimba, Queensland; Brisbane or Melbourne based. Some travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes and tailored furniture packages for pub refreshes.
• Prepare scoping documents, specifications, finishes schedules and low-documentation tender packages.
• Specify and source furniture, floor and wall finishes, lighting and styling items in line with venue and brand standards.
• Conduct venue audits and project scoping visits to identify refurbishment opportunities and develop design solutions.
• Coordinate suppliers, procurement schedules, quotations, tender evaluations, builders and contractors.
• Attend site meetings, inspect completed works and maintain design standards while aligning decisions with budgets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing pubs or similar hospitality premises.
• Proven pub industry design expertise and experience delivering venue transformations.
• Tertiary Interior Design qualification or degree in a related design discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Construction industry white card.
