Senior Customs Expert (Anexo 24)

What you will do

• Manage compliance for IMMEX, Annex 24, Annex 30, AEO, PROSEC, VAT-IMMEX, and other customs programs.
• Record import and export transactions, manage destruction certificates, and track customs regime changes for scrap and other goods.
• Validate part-number catalogs and bills of materials between ZOE and SAP, reconcile inventories, and compare data against DataStage reports.
• Drive import, export, transit, and virtual operations, including broker and third-party interactions.
• Support audits and communications with authorities, answer stakeholder queries, and provide customs and trade solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operating costs, reduce customs duties, improve KPIs, and mitigate business continuity and compliance risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Economics, Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in customs and Annex 24 reconstruction.
• Fluent English is required.
• Knowledge of office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and conflict management skills.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on finding practical solutions and opportunities.

Nice to have

• Experience with customs software or SAP.
