What you will do

• Manage import and export shipments according to established timelines and customs regulations.
• Coordinate customs brokers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to support clearance, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor shipment status, communicate updates, and create action plans to reduce supply disruptions.
• Maintain import and export data in SAP and prepare reports for Finance, Accounting, and Planning.
• Track trade-related costs and implement improvements to efficiency, visibility, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, and Planning to maintain product availability and meet customer commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in foreign trade, customs, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and trade compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Excel macros.
