What you will do
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting while challenging assumptions and reflecting the latest business outlook.
- Develop financial analysis and modelling for renewals, tenders, pricing proposals, investment decisions, and commercial initiatives.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, gross margin, occupancy, and operational performance.
- Maintain financial models, datasets, reporting processes, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Sales, Finance, franchise partners, and senior stakeholders to support informed decisions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and performance reporting skills.
- Confident use of Excel and financial planning tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in commercial or strategic finance, advisory, consultancy, transaction services, M&A, or corporate finance; newly qualified finance professionals are also considered.
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and assess risks, opportunities, and value drivers.
Nice to have
- Exposure to BI or data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
