Team Lead, Advisor Services Operations

Salary: $75,800–$139,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead operational workflow support for client-facing teams and financial professionals.
• Monitor workflow activity and support service commitments, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Resolve complex operational issues and manage escalated situations across stakeholder groups.
• Coach, guide, and provide feedback to team members while supporting performance development.
• Analyze workflow trends and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional business stakeholders to manage changing priorities and service demands.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
• At least 2 years of experience in operational workflows, service operations, financial services, brokerage operations, or a related environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and technical skills.
• Experience providing coaching, feedback, training, or guidance to individuals or teams.
• Ability to analyze workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement efficiency improvements.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 9/10, or the ability to obtain it as a condition of employment.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage operations, or advisor support.
• Experience in a team lead, senior specialist, supervisory, quality assurance, or operational support role.
• Knowledge of brokerage products, regulatory requirements, operational risk, and workflow optimization.
