Sr Financial Services Technical Lead (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Grandview Heights, Ohio, with onsite presence required at least two days per week

Salary: $55,000–$102,000 national annual range; expected starting range of $55,000–$82,000

What you will do

• Lead one or more service teams responsible for administering financial products and meeting service standards.
• Monitor incoming work activity and workflow through daily tracking.
• Develop and maintain procedures and training curricula while training, mentoring, and guiding team members.
• Review documentation, analyze processing errors, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee unusual or complex cases involving specialized financial product policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews, support team development, collaborate with other Technical Leads, and participate in projects.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a call center or service center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of service center policies, practices, products, services, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
• FINRA Series 6 and/or Series 26 licenses preferred and potentially required depending on the assigned product or business line.
• This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.
