Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $65,600–$92,675 per year, with potential participation in a bonus program.

What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in stock plan services, equity compensation, brokerage operations, and securities transaction workflows.
  • Review and accept new account applications and process complex stock plan transactions, reconciliations, exceptions, and participant account activity.
  • Support equity compensation programs including RSUs, stock options, ESPPs, Rule 10b5-1 trading programs, and related stock plan events.
  • Research, resolve, review, and approve escalated operational issues while meeting service-level commitments.
  • Recommend workflow efficiencies, control enhancements, risk-mitigation measures, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Payroll, Technology, Trade Desk, and client-facing teams; provide technical guidance and mentor associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or four additional years of financial services experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least four years of financial services experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 registration and FINRA fingerprinting required.
  • FINRA Series 24 registration required within established company timelines; fully licensed candidates are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of stock plan administration, brokerage operations, equity compensation, and securities transaction processing.
  • Experience with operational controls, audits, compliance activities, risk management, and complex problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Pershing NetX360.
  • Certified Equity Professional designation.
  • Direct experience supporting RSUs, stock options, ESPPs, and Rule 10b5-1 trading programs.
  • Experience resolving complex or escalated securities transaction and participant-account issues.
