Salary: $107,400–$134,200 annual base salary; bonuses and commissions may also be available.

What you will do

• Own the design, configuration, and ongoing health of DocuSign integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with DocuSign, Salesforce, OCI, EUC Operations, IAM, security, and engineering teams on integration builds, API configuration, troubleshooting, and feasibility assessments.
• Own DocuSign IAM, including federated identity, SSO, provisioning, access governance, authentication, audit requirements, and scalable role structures.
• Drive the enterprise roadmap, evaluate new DocuSign capabilities, review monthly releases, and plan adoption for Legal, Procurement, and business needs.
• Manage the DocuSign vendor relationship, weekly check-ins, escalations, support tickets, template governance, and reporting.
• Investigate complex signer email delivery and account, envelope, signing group, and legal hold collection issues while mentoring a Legal Technical Analyst I.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on DocuSign administration and enterprise integrations, including API or Connect-based integrations.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, an ERP, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Experience owning IAM for a SaaS platform, including federated identity or SSO, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience developing and executing a platform roadmap with vendors and internal engineering stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management, escalation resolution, independent decision-making, technical direction, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with DocuSign APIs or Connect, enterprise integration platforms, and IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Azure AD is preferred.

• Background in legal, procurement, or real estate operations technology.
• Prior experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to junior analysts.
