Technical Product Manager - AI

Salary: $140,000–$168,500 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Translate business outcomes into AI/ML and generative AI problem statements, technical requirements, KPIs, and model performance metrics.
• Own multi-quarter product roadmaps while balancing business priorities, technical constraints, and governance requirements.
• Lead product execution from proof of concept through production and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and MLOps teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions.
• Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver governed AI and data products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant technical product management experience with AI/ML, data, analytics, or platform products.
• Experience delivering products across discovery, launch, and ongoing operations.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycles, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and generative AI capabilities.
• Experience partnering with engineering and platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Experience in regulated or governance-driven environments, including audit-ready documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong Agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization, Jira, collaboration, and communication skills; a bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline or related practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI and data science solutions in regulated financial services.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Experience with enterprise AI/ML platforms and data science tools such as Dataiku or Vertex AI.
• Experience creating reusable product patterns or scalable solution frameworks.
• Advanced degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
