Production Test Technician III (Gaming)

Salary: $25–$29 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve manufacturing, testing, and system-level issues involving electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Set up, calibrate, maintain, and repair production test equipment.
• Test and validate assemblies, subassemblies, and final systems against quality standards.
• Develop and execute test methods, procedures, and specifications using schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis, rework, repairs, and corrective actions to prevent recurring defects.
• Document technical findings and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing test support, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or related production environments.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support or train team members.
• Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, test equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with root cause analysis, test equipment maintenance, production support, and process improvement.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems.
