What you will do

• Conduct functional testing of PCBAs using established procedures and equipment.
• Perform detailed inspections and measurements to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot test failures and identify root causes in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure measurement reliability.
• Assist in the development and improvement of test procedures and fixtures.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR restricted position).
• Must be local to North Reading, MA.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics preferred.
• Proven experience as a Test Technician with a focus on PCBA testing.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers.
