Speech Pathologist - Graduate Program 2027

Location: Penrith, NSW, Australia. Flexible work across office/clinic, home, or a preferred café.

Salary: $89,600 AUD per year including superannuation.

What you will do

• Support participants in community, school, and clinic settings.
• Complete clinical assessments and write reports.
• Deliver therapy and help participants work toward their goals.
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers.
• Build clinical, business, and communication skills through the 12-month graduate program.

Requirements

• Be a soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist.
• Be SPA-registered or eligible for registration upon graduation.
• Hold a driver's licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Demonstrate empathy, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Be passionate about helping people communicate and connect.
• Be interested in working within a multidisciplinary team.
