Occupational Therapist

Location: Canberra region and surrounding areas, Australian Capital Territory, Australia. The role combines work from home, community visits, and access to office and clinic spaces.

What you will do

• Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function using clinical observations and standardized assessments.
• Interpret assessment findings and formulate individualized treatment goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve their goals and improve quality of life.
• Maintain awareness of current legislation and ensure clinical compliance.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA.
• Passion for community-based disability support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload.
