Assistive Technology Account Manager (AT Consultant) (AAC): Supporting clinicians, end users, and caregivers across Western Australia through assistive technology consultations, product trials, demonstrations, and training with an accent on AAC assessment, evidence-based practice, and relationship building. Focus on solving clinical enquiries, recommending and prescribing AAC devices, supporting funding applications, and coordinating with clinical and technical teams while travelling across Perth and surrounding regions.
Location: Hybrid role based in Perth, Western Australia, with regular travel across the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions and occasional interstate travel. Candidates should live within a reasonable driving distance of Perth and be available to work 3–5 days per week.

What you will do
- Grow the company’s presence across Western Australia and interstate markets.
- Support clinicians and their clients throughout assistive technology product trials.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, stakeholders, end users, and caregivers.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events focused on assistive technology and AAC.
- Represent the company at conferences, expos, and industry events across Australia.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical support teams to align solutions with user and clinician needs.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including AAC assessments, device recommendations and prescriptions, and funding applications.
- Professional experience in a hospital, school, private practice, or therapy organisation as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist.
- Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership or current AHPRA registration is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle clinical enquiries, collaborate effectively, and seek guidance when needed.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are required.
