Assistive Technology Account Manager (AT Consultant)

Location: Hybrid role based in Perth, Western Australia, with regular travel across the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions and occasional interstate travel. Candidates should live within a reasonable driving distance of Perth and be available to work 3–5 days per week.

What you will do

• Grow the company’s presence across Western Australia and interstate markets.
• Support clinicians and their clients throughout assistive technology product trials.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, stakeholders, end users, and caregivers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and information events focused on assistive technology and AAC.
• Represent the company at conferences, expos, and industry events across Australia.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical support teams to align solutions with user and clinician needs.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), including AAC assessments, device recommendations and prescriptions, and funding applications.
• Professional experience in a hospital, school, private practice, or therapy organisation as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist.
• Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership or current AHPRA registration is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, handle clinical enquiries, collaborate effectively, and seek guidance when needed.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel are required.
