Speech Pathologist - Graduate Program 2027

Location: Windsor, New South Wales, Australia; flexible work across office/clinic, home, or a café, with community and school-based participant support.

Salary: Guaranteed AUD 89,600 per year including superannuation.

What you will do

• Support participants in community, school, and clinic environments.
• Complete clinical assessments and write reports.
• Provide speech pathology therapy tailored to participant needs.
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve individual goals.
• Develop clinical, business, and interpersonal skills through the 12-month graduate program.

Requirements

• Be graduating as a Speech Pathologist.
• Be SPA-registered or eligible for registration upon graduation.
• Hold a driver’s licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
• Show empathy, curiosity, willingness to learn, and passion for helping people communicate and connect.
• Be prepared to work within a multidisciplinary team and develop skills with supervision and support.
