Manager, RIA Business Development Sales Support (Finance)

Location: On-site in Westlake, Texas, United States

Salary: USD 83,400–105,700 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

hirify.global provides custodial, operational, and trading support for independent fee-based investment advisors through Schwab Advisor Services.

What you will do

• Support field-based Business Development Officers and Managing Directors in sales efforts focused on generating net new assets.
• Conduct sophisticated sales discovery and educate prospective advisor clients about Schwab Advisor Services.
• Organize and execute onboarding and setup processes for complex advisor relationships.
• Prepare data reports, answer prospect questions, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Support transitioning advisors as they build their practices and relationships with Schwab.
• Provide client service and support manager functions throughout deal development and advisor onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• At least 3 years of financial services experience, including client service or sales support.
• Knowledge of Schwab products and services, brokerage operations, and trading.
• Strong organization, time management, follow-up, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.
