National Accounts Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York or Philadelphia, USA; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $90,000–$153,000 base pay annually, plus annual bonus or commission and equity

What you will do

• Support national account relationships by coordinating client meetings, due diligence discussions, and follow-up activities.
• Assist account executives throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach through implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams on partner inquiries and platform initiatives.
• Track partnership activity, advisor adoption, pipeline metrics, and platform utilization.
• Plan and execute industry conferences and partner events, including attendee coordination and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience maintaining records and tracking activity in a CRM platform such as Salesforce.
• Ability to create clear presentations and reports for internal leadership and external clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a platform-based business.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales processes or distribution partnerships.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders.
