Product Enablement Team Lead

Location: Remote within Mexico; listed locations include Monterrey and Mexico City.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the product knowledge management strategy.
• Own and improve the external Knowledge Center and internal Product Enablement Hub.
• Lead product documentation, training materials, self-service resources, and AI-ready content design.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and subject matter experts to close knowledge gaps.
• Design employee onboarding learning pathways and coordinate knowledge releases with product launches.
• Establish content governance, editorial standards, taxonomy, review processes, and engagement measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, documentation, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, adult learning, project management, research, or knowledge management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with subject matter experts, and mentoring or managing teams.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Word and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or related industries.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, learning experience design, or customer education.
• Experience with analytics for measuring content engagement and effectiveness.
• Understanding of AI-powered knowledge systems, chatbots, or large language models.
