Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the roadmap and execution for AI-powered feedback analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver tailored insights for product managers, executives, and other customer personas.
• Define and track metrics for insight clarity, relevance, dashboard engagement, and decision-making impact.
• Coordinate the product flow from feedback ingestion through visualization and storytelling.
• Engage with customer product and support leaders to gather feedback, present insights, and shape solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or AI/data-focused products.
• Experience with user engagement or behavioral analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL and confidence exploring data to inform product decisions.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, cross-functional leadership, prioritization, and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with competitive analysis and market research.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping features that analyze unstructured data such as user reviews, tickets, or call transcripts.
• Experience building dashboards or using Looker, Retool, or Tableau.
• Background in customer success, product operations, or support tooling.
