What you will do

• Design and build products end-to-end with clients, covering architecture, data models, integrations, backend, frontend, mobile, and the final interface.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into executable technical plans and explain the reasoning behind architectural and product decisions.
• Work in lean teams with direct client exposure and shared responsibility for outcomes and communication.
• Provide proactive updates, challenge scope when needed, and identify technical risks before they affect client trust.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and Claude Design to plan work, run tasks in parallel, review outputs, and create reliable context, rules, and tests for future agent and human work.
• Co-create product decisions with clients instead of only implementing predefined instructions.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required for product and architecture discussions with US-based clients.
• Solid fullstack experience across backend and frontend development.
• Experience turning unclear product discussions into working architecture with scalability, access control, and integrations considered from the beginning.
• Senior-level autonomy, including the ability to run an engagement independently.
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow, including planning and critically reviewing agent output.

• Mobile or micro-frontend experience.
• Startup or product-consulting background.
