What you will do
- Own meaningful product and technical projects from design through delivery.
- Build and improve APIs, workflow engine capabilities, data models, and reliability-focused backend systems.
- Develop and refine user-facing interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Move across the stack to make product and technical decisions and deliver complete features.
- Collaborate in a small engineering team with fast feedback loops and high ownership.
Requirements
- Mid-level to senior engineering experience with shipped real-world products.
- Genuine full-stack development experience and the ability to work independently.
- Strong backend experience in a systems-oriented language and the ability to ramp up quickly on Go.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data models, reliability, and engineering trade-offs.
- Comfort with TypeScript, React, cloud-native tooling, and modern software delivery.
- Ability to work within the GMT+2 to GMT-3 time-zone range and be based in Europe or LatAm.
Nice to have
- Prior experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience using AI-driven development workflows.
