TL;DR
CRO and Experimentation Operator (DTC health and wellness): Building the end-to-end conversion, retention, and subscription optimization function across advertorials, presell pages, quiz funnels, checkout, and post-purchase upsells with an accent on customer belief, experimentation, and revenue measurement. Focus on setting up tracking, analyzing LTV and cohorts, reducing churn through CRM and win-back flows, and building a small team from near-zero.
Location: Remote from Argentina, Lithuania, Romania, Poland, Spain, or Brazil; requires overlap with the 8am–12pm EST collaboration window.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end CRO and experimentation program, from research and hypothesis development through test launch and analysis.
- Design and optimize advertorials, presell and landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, and post-purchase upsells.
- Own retention and subscription outcomes, including churn reduction, win-back initiatives, lifecycle and CRM flows.
- Build the measurement layer through tracking setup, LTV analysis, cohort analysis, and a revenue-focused test roadmap.
- Develop a small team as the function matures while remaining hands-on.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running the full CRO and experimentation cycle, including research, test delivery, and analysis with measurable revenue outcomes.
- Experience across both conversion optimization and retention or subscription programs.
- Direct-response thinking focused on customer beliefs, objections, proof, and compliant claims.
- Ability to build a function from near-zero, ship quickly, and iterate as data becomes available.
- Strong ownership, async communication, and solid English.
- Availability for collaboration overlap from 8am to 12pm EST.

- Experience with health, supplements, or similar claims-led direct-response businesses.
- Subscription and recurring-revenue experience.

- Fluency with modern CRO and AI tooling.
- Base in Latin America or Europe.
