TL;DR
Army - Project Manager (CCaR): Leading deployment and adoption of the CCaR system across Department of the Army organizations with an accent on program governance, financial management, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision support. Focus on coordinating multi-location teams, integrating Army financial systems, managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk, and driving user onboarding and operational adoption.
Location: Currently remote; ideally based in the Washington, DC/DMV area, with onsite support at government or customer locations required as needed. Some travel may be required.
Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead overall task order execution across cost, schedule, performance, staffing, milestones, deliverables, and risk.
- Establish governance, reporting cadences, performance management processes, status reports, and executive briefings.
- Serve as the primary contractor interface with the AAS COR, ASA-ALT TPOC, government stakeholders, and senior Army leadership.
- Coordinate deployment teams mapping financial processes to CCaR workflows, configuring the system, integrating Army financial systems, and delivering training.
- Drive user onboarding and adoption across Army PAE and CPE organizations while addressing field-level concerns.
- Advise on policy, governance, budget and execution data standardization, operating rhythms, and continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Master’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of Department of War program management experience, including at least five recent years managing programs or supporting Department of War financial activities.
- Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
- Experience with government contracting, COR/TPOC accountability, complex stakeholder programs, and mission-critical software solutions.
- Knowledge of the PPBE process and hands-on experience with GFEBS or comparable defense business and accounting systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise financial management software deployments.
- Familiarity with Qlik, Power BI, or similar analytics and decision-support tools.
- Experience with system integrations across financial, contracting, and program management platforms.
- Prior experience with PMRT, CCaR, or similar financial systems.
