Electronics Validation Engineer

What you will do

• Assess alternative electronic components and suppliers for compatibility with existing designs.
• Analyze electrical specifications, datasheets, application notes, schematics, and other technical documentation.
• Execute component validation, verification, laboratory testing, functional testing, and electrical characterization under senior engineer guidance.
• Document test results, technical findings, validation reports, and component evaluation records.
• Participate in root cause investigations and identify technical impacts of component substitutions.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Systems, and Quality teams and support engineering change activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in electronics development, validation, testing, or related engineering activities.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers, power devices, sensors, communication interfaces, analog and digital circuits, and passive components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and component datasheets.
• Familiarity with oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and logic analyzers, along with basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Basic familiarity with Xpedition or equivalent software tools; English proficiency is required for technical documentation and communication.
