Staff Product Manager (Data Products and Agent Interface)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $182,600-$295,350 per year, depending on US geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end data products, from SDK event ingestion and data infrastructure to customer-facing experiences.
• Lead AI-powered analysis and agent interfaces for data products, including CLI, MCP, and skills.
• Build coherence across data ingestion, processing, storage, modeling, analytics, observability, experimentation, and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and support to deliver products and go-to-market plans.
• Represent customer needs in product decisions and monitor industry and competitor trends.
• Mentor product managers and improve data-informed product practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product experience in data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools; equivalent data-intensive engineering experience with a product mindset may be considered.
• Experience bringing data products to market and setting strategy across multiple teams or a platform-scale product area.
• Strong understanding of event and streaming pipelines, data warehousing, lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and large-scale processing trade-offs.
• Experience with both platform products and end-user data products such as analytics, observability, insights, or experimentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
