HCM Configuration Analyst (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States; client located in Washington, DC. US citizenship and an active Public Trust clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and related HCM modules.
• Support configuration migration and validation across Sandbox, Development, UAT Staging, UAT, and Pre-Production environments.
• Build and execute test scripts, log and track defects, and perform retesting.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and design documentation.
• Support data validation and reconciliation during migration dry runs.
• Contribute to contract deliverables, including release notes and status reporting inputs.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a comparable cloud HCM platform.
• Strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and comfort with documented change control processes.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud HCM coursework or certification.
• Federal HR or federal IT program experience.
• Basic SQL.
