D365 F&O Senior Technical Support Consultant (ERP)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

Salary: $81,980.50–$127,152.38–$172,324.25 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise ERP clients as part of cross-functional delivery teams.
• Deploy and maintain D365 F&O environments, including code builds, releases, and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and manage integrations and support data migration and conversion activities.
• Review code and development work produced by other contributors.
• Provide technical support, user training, and documentation for design specifications and end-user materials.
• Use Power Platform Admin Center, Azure DevOps, Azure, and related tools to deliver project work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of development experience with X++.
• 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
• Previous ERP development experience and an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services, Azure integrations, SSRS, SSMS, and PPAC.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• US citizenship or a US Green Card is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in SQL, Dynamics AX/365, or Visual Studio.
• Experience with AX 2009 and AX 2012, including upgrades to D365.
• D365 FSCM/AX Trade & Logistics, Production, Finance, or Apps Development certification.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 support experience.
